Opportunities you ask, "What possible opportunities are there for me I just lost my home?" As a Child of God you know that “all things work for your good, if you are Trusting in the Lord”, even now.

Did you know that in many states, you have the right to dispose of the property even after the sheriff sale? That’s what I said “dispose”. You have a mortgage balance of $100,000. The foreclosure attorney demands you pay the $100,000 but at the sheriff sale the house is sold for $50,000. You have the right to come up with that $50,000, and if you don’t have the cash sitting in your 401k, don’t just give up and walk away find another way, and what better way to that than though a sale.

You see the problem with many of us is we become emotionally tied to many things including our house, so much so that when it comes time to make hard choices we are clouded. So many can only see I want my house, well God owns all the houses, and you can get another one and maybe even be in a better situation.

I had one client who decided to just trust God, and we sold her house. Well the amount she got for the sale not only was enough to pay the foreclosure, but was more than enough to buy another foreclosed property for cash, and still had money left over with which she used to move. Now that’s God in action. Imagine coming out of your foreclosure moving into your new house, that is paid in full, that’s right “No” house note.

God tells us to seek understanding, well I want you to do just that, understand that you could sell your foreclosed house quickly for $80,000, just under the market value, pay the bank the $50,000 they are looking for and take your $30,000 cash and use for your new home.

It is just that easy, but of course there are a few small obstacles, which I detail in my book. One other hint if you price the house just right, you don’t need to pay a realtor to do this. As a matter of fact all those letters from investors telling you that want to buy your house, mine is probably there too, all objective is the same.

Sell the property just below market, but high enough to make a profit. Think about one last thing, the mortgage company is probably offering you $1000 or $2000 to move early. Rarely do they really pay the money, the rules as to want needs to be removed from the house are so strict.

Why wouldn’t you try to get $10,000 or more out of that same property? I see foreclosed houses everyday for $10,000 you could take that cash and never have a housenote again.

If you want to learn more about the things you can do after foreclosure order my book today. Order my book and not only will I tell you how to pull cash from your house, but I will teach you how to buy another house, rebuild your credit and best of all enjoy the blessing that God wants to bestow upon your life.

Don't wait, time is your enemy now. If you are going to make something out of that foreclosure understand that the clock is ticking, and actually started ticking the day after the sheriff sale. Order your copy now, and get started right on a brand new journey, your family will thank you. Peace be with you.
